On the afternoon of October 23, the Binzhou Charity Federation held its Fourth General Assembly at the Yellow River Delta Trading Center. The assembly elected the new council, supervisory board, and executive leadership team.

Zhang Bo, Chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, was re-elected President of the Binzhou Charity Federation. Zhang Hongxia, Party Secretary and General Manager of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, was elected Vice President of the Federation.
